Me & my family came here to stay for 2 weeks. Checking in was great & we had so much patience with the morning lady. The rooms were spacious & clean, just kinda missed one piece of trash but no complaints at all about it. We did have to ask once or twice about complimentary shampoo & soap for two or three nights. The service here was very great honestly. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had two or three questions. The night lady was such a huge help when my snack didn’t want to come out of the machine. The morning lady was very nice & helpful when we needed basic things for the hotel room (ex. dish soap, dishes, trash bags, & towels!). The housekeeper lady was very nice to allow us to use one of the dustpans & broom to clean up the dirt from inside our room. They were very understanding when the cable went out for a while & we wanted a bit of help with it. The location of this place makes me feel safe to walk around the hotel during the day. I love watching the airplanes landing & taking off. I really love the ducks and crows here.

I want to first start off by saying what great service we received from Erin at the front desk! She has been such a great help, very polite and extremely nice! Out of all the hotels I have stayed at recently the Extended Stay Oakland airport has been the best! The rooms are nice the amenities are nice staff is very good at their jobs! I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area the price is great!

I've had the best experience! Highly recommend. 5'star quality service, 10/10. I stayed at hotel for one month I’d honestly give a 2 star rating with everything we had to go through but only because of manager named Lucy and all her help I give her a 5 star she made sure we were good went above and beyond to help me out with everything so only because of her I’m giving a 5 star very kind, professional and understanding Thank you to Lucy there was another lady at front desk who was helpful as well! Thank you to you both

This place is very conveniently located to just about everything in the East Bay and the airport. Service is outstanding from the staff. Kossandra is a standout employee. She reminded me that my parking pass was about to expire and always greets everyone with a smile. Great place to stay, especially considering the price. The downsides are that this is located in the center of a business park, and there are not any eating options within reasonable walking distance. Also, the cheap price comes at the cost of nicer sofas and other amenities. But that comes down to getting what you pay for.

Pretty good spot for the price. My real biggest complaint was the pull out mattress being hard as a rock and the free wifi being slow. Anyways other than that the place was clean, kitchenette had great essentials, building feels safe, main bed was comfortable, shower is spacious, TV has good channels, and the staff really try to make everything as easy on you as possible. Kossandra is really nice and very helpful along with her fellow associates. I do recommend this place mostly because of the service since they will make things right if you're dissatisfied or needing to know something. The location is isolated, but if you got a car then you can head into town pretty quickly, so if you like to feel separated from the busy side of Alemeda then this location is for you.
